Putty (or related tools) & TOAD Desired Technical Skillset (Optional)Any CRM Knowledge, ASP & HTML, SQL Server 2008, Oracle Performance Bottleneck Identification & Tuning Skills Functions:
1) Production Support during working and non-working hours including weekend (based on the need).
2) Respond to support tickets from clients within agreed Service Level Agreement & Resolve issues in a fast and professional manner.
3) Analyze the issues on one's own and provide the solution for the issues.
4) Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, and other related processes as needed.
5) Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of IT processes.
