Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails - Type, transcribe, and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- File and maintain documents and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Schedule Employees, appointments and manage calendars.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Construction office or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
