Responsibilities:
Call patients who haven't been into the office in a set amount of time Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments Register patients from sign in sheet Perform other tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment Experience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is preferred Proven customer service skills Strong communication and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of insurance plans preferred Experience with Dentrix is preferred Qualifications Previous front office experience is a plus! Possesses high energy; a positive and friendly attitude, exceptional communication skills and most importantly provide exemplary customer service.
Experience in a Dental Office is a plus Strong telephone and computer skills #other Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
