We are looking for an inquisitive, driven individual to join our Treasury team as a Senior Manager, Capital Operations. Treasury is responsible for the cash management and capital operations, funding and liquidity planning; and balance sheet risk management of a rapidly growing FinTech company. This particular role will focus on the capital operations of Affirm's loan asset portfolio. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the Capital organization. The ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to support their recommendations, but also strong communication skills to collaborate with various partners. What you'll do:
Lead all aspects of Capital Operations for the Treasury team, including the build out and optimization of funding processes to strengthen internal controls and scalability Responsible for ongoing concentration limits and triggers monitoring; and proactively identify any emerging trends Responsible for onboarding new Capital team members, counterparties, technological efficiencies Manage corporate risk agreements and counterparty health assessments Cultivate relationships with various capital partners (including investment banks, hedge funds, pension funds, and asset managers) across the US and International markets Manage ongoing internal and external audits for our funding facilities Develop a keen understanding of our loan portfolio and supervise the movement of loan related cash flows Manage business structure and requirements for our in-house banking portal for funding related tasks Provide management reporting and reconciliation for cash and loan portfolios Work cross functionally with Capital Markets, Technology Engineering and Product Development, Capital Structuring and Analytics, Internal Audit and Controls, and Legal teams. Provide operational leadership and support for other treasury activities, related to Capital projects and initiatives What we look for:

years of financial services experience in Treasury or related financial function BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline; CFA or similar certifications are a plus Strong attention to detail and determination with a high level of accuracy Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, including framework development, documentation, validation, governance, integration, automation, and metric creation Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment Collaborative People Leader with successful track-record leading a dynamic team Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment Comfortable working cross functionally across the organization Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Knowledge of structured finance and secured financing products and transactions Knowledge of SQL is a plus Location - Remote U.S. Grade - USA31 Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-Remote Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company! Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
